Is Your Organization Looking For An Effective Process To Identify, Attract, And Select Talent?

The Virtual Workforce Assessment Network is a state-of-the-art candidate-matching and recruitment tool for organizations large and small.

Built on Occupational Information Network (O*NET), the most comprehensive system of occupational information in the United States,1 the Virtual Workforce Assessment Network uses state-of-the-art methods from the fields of industrial-organizational psychology and counseling psychology to match job seekers and organizations on job-relevant attributes, including interests, values, and personality.

Organizations can use our Database Position Linkage System to match their vacant position with detailed job-relevant information, including work (essential tasks) and worker requirements (knowledge, skills, and other characteristics) on one of over 800 occupations. Once organizations have identified a suitable occupation that matches the position that they desire to fill, our system searches a database of thousands of job seekers to provide a list of potential job recruits that are well-matched for a position based on a profile of each job seekers' personality, interests, values, and skills.

Organizations may then contact potential applicants to invite job seekers to formally apply for a position. Organizations can also select among our available aptitude batteries that are tailored to the specific requirements of the job to administer to job applicants.
